Space Renting
Use of Parking Lot -
The parking lot may be rented in return for a donation to the church. Final approval of use of lot shall come from the rector. The party shall provide a certificate of insurance and payment in full prior to or on the first day of use. Payment of donation, in form of a check, shall be payale to St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
There are approximated 100 spaces in the parking lot, not including thet small lot adjacent to Carden School, which is not available at any time. Parking for church staff is always included in any rental of the lot. When an agreement is made for use of the entire lot during school hours, Carden School must be notified in advance, to allow time for teachers to make other parking arrangements, if neccessary.
Suggested Donations -
For use of the entire lot, for a full day (6a.m. - midnight): $300.00
For use of the entire lot for half day (6-8 hours) or half of lot for full day: $150.00
For use of 25 spaces or less, full day or less: $5.00 per car
Other rooms -
If you are interested in renting the Guild Hall, Library, Swan Hall, you have to consult with Father Gary London for schedule and fees.
